Chapter 217
Tina sneered, "You're just afraid of being exposed as a fraud in front of Dunstan, aren't you?"
She then turned to Dunstan and said, "Dr. Davidson, please go ahead and treat Kelly!"
"Sure," Dunstan replied coolly. He took a few steps forward, then pretended to hesitate before asking, "Dr.
Pattinson, | heard you say that whoever cures Kelly would receive this clinic and the house behind it?"
"That's correct," Baxter replied while casting a meaningful glance at Tina before looking back at Dunstan. "If you
can heal Kelly, this clinic will be yours."
Tina's eyes lit up upon hearing those words. "Dr. Davidson, don't worry! Uncle Baxter always keeps his promises.

"l already have the contract ready," Baxter said while glancing at Kelly before heading back into the room to
retrieve an envelope.
Inside was the transfer contract for the clinic. "Once we sign it, it'll be official," he said before handing it over to
Tina.
She took the contract eagerly, checked it thoroughly, turned to Dunstan, and said excitedly, "Dr. Davidson, this
contract is solid. You can just sign it when the tcomes. Uncle Baxter won't deceive you!"
"Great! I'll perform acupuncture on Ms. Pattinson now!" Dunstan rolled up his sleeves before laying out the
acupuncture tools confidently in front of everyone.
"I'll first open her meridians with a few techniques from the Five Elements Divine Needles, then proceed with
further treatment."
Yolanda moved closer, curious to see what Dunstan had learned from Derek.
She watched as he picked up a silver needle and aimed to insert it a few inches above Kelly's temple.
"You're off target," Yolanda pointed out.
Dunstan couldn't even locate the acupoints, proving to be even more useless than she had imagined.
He frowned slightly and glared at her. After a moment of hesitation, he adjusted the needle's position and finally
inserted it correctly.

He then picked up a second needle.
"It's still not right!" she said coldly.
Sweat beaded on Dunstan's forehead as he struggled to maintain his composure. Frustrated, he set the needle
down and pointed at Yolanda. "Can you please be quiet and stop interrupting my treatment?
"You act like you're skind of expert. It's ridiculous for an outsider like you to try and instruct me!"
Tina joined in to scold Yolanda as well. "Yolanda, stop talking! You're distracting Dr. Davidson! Can you take
responsibility if you delay the treatment? Or are you doing this on purpose to cause trouble?"
"If he could find the right spot with every needle, | wouldn't have to say anything," Yolanda retorted. She couldn't
remain silent upon seeing Dunstan's unprofessional approach.
Dunstan shot a frustrated look at Baxter. "Dr. Pattinson, there are too many people here. We need to clear the
area!"
