Sierra snapped back to her senses, and sat up straight, looking at the person who had shielded her.
"Uncle Theo!" Her bright eyes shifted from Theo's face to his shoulder, a look of concern washing over her. "Your shoulder..." The staff member knew how heavy the table was and that it had struck at the sharpest corner. There was no way he could be unscathed.
Hearing others blthem for being careless, the staff paled with fear.
"I'm so sorry! Someone bumped into me. I didn't do it on purpose." Terrified of being held accountable, they kept apologizing and explaining.

After reassuring Sierra, he turned to the staff member, his presence commanding. Meeting his gaze, they almost fell to their knees.
"Be more careful. Don't let this happen again." His low voice sounded like a reprieve to the staff, who bowed and apologized profusely. As the crowd dispersed, Sierra looked at Theo with concern. "Uncle Theo, thank you for earlier." He replied, "It's what I should do. Are you nervous?" Sierra shook her head at first, then nodded. "A little, but I'll do my best."
