You have to repay him with love and care in the future." William also hurriedly added. He patted Vera's hand and continued, "Your mom and I will be at ease if you're happy." Sierra raised her gaze and looked at him, and her eyes darkened. She could tell that he was threatening her. "It's getting late. Let's have dinner." Edward rose to his feet and headed to the dining hall.

"The choice is not yours to make. We are a perfect match, Cee. It's just a little silly conflict. You'll forget about it when though tpasses." He protested and raised his hand to touch her delicate cheeks, but she pushed him away.
"I'll never forget about it." Sierra's gaze grew cold, and she snarled, "The m' way you're treating he doesn't make you any different from the people who picked onback then, Benson.
"Things can never go back to the way it was between us. Keep forcing me, and I'll only hate you more. She turned around with an icy expression and walked toward the dining hall. Benson's expression shifted, and a hint of loss flashed in his eyes, but he becresolute quickly. She could hate him for all he cared. It sure was better than being ignored.
Then, Benson hurried over.
Once everyone was gathered at the dining table, he rose to his feet and said solemnly, "Mr. and Mrs. Shaw. Cee and I have been together for three years. I would like to ask for her hand in marriage."
