Chapter 148 A Suggestive Message A warm feeling spread through Sierra's heart, and the corners of her lips curved up slightly.
She handed the unopened bottle of milk to the security guard, saying, "Thank you for helpingearlier." The guard quickly waved his hand in refusal. "No worries, Ms. Shaw. It was nothing. No need to thank me." However, Sierra insisted on him taking it by placing the bottle of milk on his desk. "It's just a bottle of milk. Please take it." With that, she turned and left.
The guard wanted to chase after her to return it, but a car that needed to be registered had pulled up. By the the was finished, Sierra was already out of sight.
He looked at the milk on his desk and couldn't help but look it up online. When he saw the price, his jaw dropped. That bottle of milk cost as much as a day's wages for him. So, he carefully put the bottle away, planning to take it hfor his daughter to try later.
After Sierra had returned home, she sat down on the couch, feeling exhausted. She looked at the milk in her hand, then took out her phone and opened her chat with Theo.

Sierra was startled when the video call notification popped up on her phone. She then declined the call without thinking, but the moment she did, she regretted it.
She could have just ignored it and pretended that she had not seen him calling. Why did she have to decline his call? She was an idiot.
Just as she was busy berating herself, a message from Theo popped up. "Why you decline my call?" did She bit her lip, her mind going blank. Then, she impulsively replied, "I'm in the shower, so it's inconvenient." As soon as she sent it, she realized the message sounded too suggestive. She tried to delete it, but before she could do so, she received another message from Theo.
"Alright then, take your time. There's no rush. I'll wait for you." His message was just as suggestive.
Sierra's beautiful face reddened in an instant, and she buried her heart in a cushion. She was embarrassed and could not face anyone anymore.
On the other end of the phone, Theo looked at his screen, amusement flashing across his eyes.
